The Defender diesel TDi (1991 - 1998 ) should be serviced every 6,000 miles or every 6 months, which ever comes sooner.
The service schedule is split into A service, B service and a C service.
The 6,000 mile or 6 month service is an A service, whichever occurs first
The 12,000 mile or 12 month service is a B service, whichever occurs first
The 24,000 mile or 24 monthly service is a C service, whichever occurs first

If your vehicle is used regularly for off roading or towing trailers, Land Rover recommend that the timing belt renewal interval is reduced to every 36,000 miles or 36 months, which ever occurs first.

All servicing is carried out in accordance with Land Rover Servicing schedules, of which you will receive a copy upon completion. We use a minimum of OEM filters, with the option to upgrade to Genuine filters if required.
